Direct electroporation with the cells attached in the dish. The 0.5mm-tall wall around the edge of the electrode avoids the touch to the cells from the current-carrying part, and gives the cells less damages. 
The head of the electrode is removable and autoclavable.（Fits electroporators CUY21 series）
